How does the RPL process work?

We’ll conduct a free skill evaluation for you. Based on your experience and qualifications, a dedicated consultant will be assigned to your case. Our consultant will guide you through the process, and once it’s been established that you’re suitable, you’ll need to gather documents to support your claims. As supporting evidence, you will compile a portfolio. This can include proof of various activities completed on the job, practical tasks to demonstrate your skills, a resume, references, your current or most recent job description etc.

The portfolio you submit will be presented as proof that you have worked in the business for a reasonable amount of time and are experienced and capable for the job.

We’ll put you in touch with one of our partner RTOs based on this proof. Your portfolio will be reviewed by an RTO assessor. If you require additional training, the RTO will offer it. After you’ve completed your training, you’ll be qualified!
