All qualifications are nationally recognized and granted by registered training organizations. The RPL and SKILLS CERTIFY EXPERT is not an RTO. In instances where a referral is made by a RPL and SKILLS CERTIFY EXPERT to a RTO for a student to consider a specific program, it is the RTO that will issue the certificate upon completion of the program that is nationally recognized.
